Do you travel out of state?

Yes. We regularly support events throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Florida and can travel beyond that when needed.

Are there delivery and installation charges?

There are, and they’re based on your location, site conditions, and the scope of your setup. Everything is outlined clearly in your proposal. No hidden fees or last-minute additions.

Do I need a permit for my tent?

Permit requirements vary by town and may apply to the tent, heaters, propane, or electrical setup. Atlantic Tent Rental can handle the permit process for you. There is a $20 filing fee, a $50 per hour processing fee, plus any charges from the town for the permit itself. We’ll ensure everything is taken care of, so you don’t have to worry about the details.

Can you install tents on a deck, patio, or driveway?

On a deck:
Yes, if the tent fits the size of the deck. If the tent needs to extend beyond the deck, we’ll need to stake it down. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity and size of the installation.

On a patio or driveway:
Yes. Tents on these surfaces will be securely anchored using stakes or water barrels. If we use water barrels, we’ll need a nearby water source provided by you. Additional charges apply for the use of water barrels.

What surfaces can tents be installed on?

We install on grass, gravel, asphalt, concrete, and other common surfaces. Each site is evaluated in advance so the setup is stable, safe, and aligned with your layout.

Can tents be installed on weekends?

Most installations are scheduled ahead of time to ensure everything is ready well before your event. However, we can accommodate weekend installations. Additional fees may apply based on timing and availability, and we'll confirm all details upfront.

Do you offer package deals?

We offer a range of event packages designed to fit different needs and budgets. These packages serve as starting points for your event, based on common setups, and can be customized to suit your specific requirements.

What happens if the weather changes?

Every applicable event includes a Weatherproof Plan. We prepare for New England conditions in advance—so if weather shifts, your setup is already designed to handle it. No scrambling. No last-minute changes.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for peak seasons like spring and fall. That said, if your timeline is tight, reach out. We’ll let you know what’s possible and move quickly when we can.
